If goods are found to be damaged or faulty please advise us within 2 business days of receiving delivery by emailing email@example.com. Please describe the damage or fault and attach a photo of the item. We will reply within 24 hours regarding the options to return the order. Once we receive the items back for inspection, we will contact you regarding a refund or replacement item. Return shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is deemed faulty.
Returns or exchanges for change of mind:
We do not offer a refund for change of mind. If you wish to apply for a product exchange or credit note, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org,au within 5 business days of receiving your order.
We will contact you within 24 hours regarding options to return the items. Any returned items must be in perfect condition with no damage to the item or packaging. Tags or labels must still be intact. Once we receive your returned item we will contact you regarding a credit.
NB : Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned for a credit note or exchange
Shipping of Returns & Exchanges:
We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning items, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us. Exchange items will be processed as a return and a new sale and will therefore incur new shipping fees.
